Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is always willing to go the extra mile. Her rates are comparably cheap for the type of service she provides. Her list of tradesmen are also reliable. Colette manages a tight ship and is up to date with our finances and provides us with regular updates and financial statements for our complex. So that all of us know our financial situation. Our complex has been able to save money and even have some renovations done with the additional cash flow.
